  • BWH Hotels endorsed online hotel operations and management course specific to BWH vision, mission, values, and best-known processes for anyone wanting to join the industry as an investor, owner, lessee, manager (relief or permanent), front-office and/or receptionist team member in a small to medium sized accommodation establishment.
    All course participants doing the online motel operations and management course complete these units to equip them to be able to work in BWH Hotels both here in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Recruitment and selection for permanent motel managers

    Therefore, Dianne Collie, Director of motelsos.com, with over 25 years of industry experience in recruitment and selection, provides targeted recruitment drives to find the perfect manager/s.
    Dianne offers a hands-on, personalised service. The process involves regular discussions with the owners as needed, along with weekly reports. Motel/Hotel owners/managers begin by discussing and mapping a hotel or motel’s specific requirements. Once the role is advertised, all potential recruits are interviewed through Microsoft Teams, firstly by motelsos.com and then again when shortlisted with the hotel or motel’s delegates. To conclude the process, thorough referee checks are conducted.

All BWH relief managers must have completed the endorsed BWH Hotels Onboarding Program and Protel Air course which have been written in conjunction with the BWH Revenue and Quality Assurance teams.
