To join the ‘Elite Manager Program’, participants must successfully complete the following steps:

 

Step 1 Complete our Online Motel Operations and Management Questionnaire

A logon user id and password will be emailed to you once we receive and accept  your application to join the program by completing and submitting your application below.

 

Step 2 Complete PMS Management Tasks using Guestpoint or other applications.

You will be assigned tasks to complete to illustrate your knowledge of the application.

 

Step 3 Participate in an interview.

We will invite you to an interview using Microsoft Team.

 

Step 4 Verification of all required certificates and licences.

  • National Police Check
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate

 

Step 5 Reference Checks.

We will require two verbal referees for us to contact.

    Step 6 Up To Date Professional Resume.

    Provide an up to date professional resume.
