BWS Hotels announce partnership with motelsos.com

Motelsos.com is over the moon to announce a joint partnership with BWH Hotels with our now approved training program tailored to meet BWH requirements assisting hoteliers in enhancing their hotel management and operations.

BWH Hotels is a leading, global hospitality network comprised of three hotel companies, including WorldHotels™, Best Western^® Hotels & Resorts and SureStay Hotels^®. While this creates a global network across every chain scale segment, in over 100 countries and territories worldwide, motelsos.com will initially be assisting BWH hotels within Australia and New Zealand.

Maintaining a Relief Hotel Manager Register.

The register is comprised of experienced and knowledgeable relief motel managers who have been trained in BWH best practices to cover hotel managers during their well deserved breaks.

Online BWH Hotel Operations and Managers Course.

We have designed the course using our original Motel Management course with BWH Hotels specific requirements including owners, lessees, permanent and relief managers. The course has been endorsed by BWH Account and Customer Service teams. When delivering the training we take into consideration each participants unique skills, knowledge and previous experience, adjusting the course content accordingly. We also provide 8 hours of personal coaching using Microsoft Teams and 8 hours training in Protel Air tailored to BWH Hotel’s requirements.

Recruitment and Selection of Permanent Hotel Managers.

Dianne is proud to have had her experience of 25+ years in Human Resource Management recognised by BWH in that motelsos.com will be actively involved in recruitment and selection of permanent hotel managers for BWH Hotels. Motelsos.com will interview and carry necessary reference checks of applicants preparing a shortlist for a specific hotel.
